Activities — runs, rides & records

Import from your watch or log by hand: route maps, elevation, splits, best efforts, personal records, and your training volume.

01

The Activities tab

The Workouts screen has two faces: Program runs your training week, and Activities holds the endurance record — every run, ride, walk, and swim, with the numbers that make them worth keeping.

02

Import from your watch

Import GPX/TCX takes the files your watch or running app exports — Garmin, Strava, and most others export GPX or TCX directly (FIT isn’t supported yet; export as GPX or TCX instead). Each import gets a drawn route map, an elevation profile, automatic per-mile or per-kilometer splits, and best efforts. No watch? Log activity records any session by hand.

03

Records & volume

Activities feed your personal records per sport — longest, fastest kilometer and mile, biggest climb — and the weekly volume view shows the last eight weeks by distance or time. Consistency is visible; so are the gaps, which is the point.

04

Activities and your program

Activities and the program week are deliberately separate: the program tracks whether planned sessions happened; Activities records what the body actually did. Attach photos to any activity — and your JSON export includes activity summaries (never the GPS trace, never the image bytes).
