Body tracking & progress photos

Weigh-ins that think in trends, measurements that don't lie, and a photo gallery with two-date compare.

01

Check-ins

The Body tab in Nutrition takes weight and measurements — neck, waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs. The scale line is a moving average, because single weigh-ins are noise and trends are truth, and a body-fat estimate comes along for free from the tape numbers.

02

Progress photos

Add photos to the gallery as you go (up to 10 MB each — large images compress automatically), give any photo a short note, then use Compare to put any two dates side by side. Open a photo to browse the whole set with arrows or your keyboard, edit its note inline, or remove it after one plain confirmation. The mirror forgets; the gallery doesn’t. Photos are private to your account and served only to your signed-in session.

03

Photos and your export

Your JSON export lists your photo records but not the image bytes — save any photo you want a copy of directly from the gallery.
