Terms / PES

Use the system responsibly.

The practical rules for using PES, protecting your account, and keeping the service dependable.

Last updated July 28, 2026

01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your access to PES, including pes.app and related services. By creating an account or using PES, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy notice.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and old enough to use online services under applicable law. If you use PES for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

02

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep control of the email account used to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from a failure of PES safeguards.

Do not share sign-in links or codes. Once public registration opens, notify PES through the verified support channel published on withpes.com if you believe your account or email access has been compromised.

03

Your content

You retain your rights in the tasks, calendar entries, notes, and other content you submit. You give PES the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the features you request.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to store it. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

04

Acceptable use

You may not use PES to:

  • violate law or another person’s rights;
  • upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;
  • probe, scan, or overload the service outside an authorized test;
  • circumvent account, rate, or security controls;
  • scrape or resell the service or another user’s information; or
  • interfere with the operation or security of PES.

Responsible security research should follow the instructions on the Security page.

05

Health and financial information

PES is an organizational tool, not a medical provider, trainer, dietitian, accountant, investment adviser, or emergency service. Information in PES is not medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

Use qualified professionals for decisions that require professional judgment. Do not rely on PES for an emergency or as the only record of critical health or financial information.

06

Service operation

PES may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. Planned changes will be communicated when reasonably practical.

Third-party connections are governed by the third party’s terms and may change or stop working independently of PES.

07

Suspension and termination

You may stop using PES at any time. PES may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, PES will provide notice and an opportunity to export content before permanent termination. Immediate action may be required when an account creates an urgent risk.

08

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, PES is provided “as is” and “as available.” PES does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that every threat can be prevented.

To the extent permitted by law, PES is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

09

Changes and support

These Terms may change as PES evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, when required, additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

A verified contact for account or Terms questions will be published on withpes.com before public registration opens. Never send a sign-in code or sensitive workspace content to an unverified contact.
