Privacy, stated plainly.

Scope

This notice explains how PES handles information on the public withpes.com website and in the authenticated PES service at pes.app. It applies to information PES processes as the service operator.

Third-party services you choose to connect have their own privacy practices. Review those practices before connecting an account.

Information handled

PES may handle the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your email address, profile name, time zone, and sign-in records.
• Content you provide. Tasks, calendar entries, notes, workout records, nutrition details, and other information you choose to enter.
• Service and security data. Limited technical logs, request information, device or browser details, and events needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
• Connected-service data. Information from another service only when you deliberately enable that connection.

Do not store information in PES that you do not have the right to use. PES is not intended for secrets such as passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or government identification numbers.

How information is used

PES uses information to:

• create and secure your account;
• store, display, sync, and export the content you request;
• send transactional sign-in or service messages;
• prevent abuse and investigate reliability or security events;
• maintain and improve the service; and
• meet legal obligations and enforce the Terms.

PES does not sell personal information. PES does not use your private workspace content for third-party advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

PES relies on limited infrastructure providers to deliver the service, including Vercel for web hosting, Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for account-abuse protection when public registration is enabled. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services, subject to their own contracts and policies.

PES may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, complete a corporate transaction, or act with your direction. PES does not publish your private workspace content.

Cookies and the public site

The public withpes.com site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account forms, or a connection to the PES database. It is a separate website from the authenticated app.

The PES app uses essential session storage or cookies to keep you signed in and protect account access. Disabling those controls may prevent the app from working. PES does not use those essential controls for behavioral advertising.

Retention and deletion

PES keeps account information and workspace content while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. Security logs and backups may remain for a limited period after primary records are removed. Some records may be retained when required by law or necessary to resolve abuse, fraud, or disputes.

Before deleting important information, keep your own export. Deleting an account or record may be irreversible after applicable recovery periods expire.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information and to object to or restrict certain processing. PES may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.

Use the account controls available inside PES. A verified support channel will be published on withpes.com before public registration opens. Do not send personal records or sign-in secrets to an address that is not published on an official PES page.

Security, age, and changes

PES uses safeguards described on the Security page, but no online service can promise absolute security. Protect access to your email account. A verified reporting channel will be published on withpes.com before public registration opens.

PES is not directed to children under 13, and users must be old enough to consent to online services under the laws that apply to them.

This notice may change as PES evolves or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date.
