Your data is yours: a full JSON export any time, and import from the earlier PES native app.

Export everything

In Settings, export your full workspace as JSON — tasks, calendar, workouts, nutrition, finances, notes, goals, all of it. No permission to ask, no support ticket to file. Export before big changes, and keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Import from the native app

Used the earlier PES native Mac app? Its exported data imports directly in Settings, so nothing you logged there is stranded.

What export is for

The export is a portability guarantee, not a sync format: it’s the copy you hold so leaving is always possible and lock-in is never the reason you stay. Attachments like photos and receipts live in the app; download any file you want to keep from where it appears.
