Leaving is one action in Settings. It’s permanent — so export first.

Deletion is permanent, so take a full JSON export from Settings before you go. Once the account is deleted, there is nothing to recover it from.

Delete the account
In Settings, choose to delete your account. Your account and workspace content are removed permanently; residual backups clear on the schedule described in Privacy.

Rather just pause?
If you might come back, cancel billing instead — the account locks to the paywall, but your data keeps waiting and export stays available. Deletion is for when you’re done for good.
