Privacy & what PES collects

No third-party watching

The public withpes.com site runs no analytics, no trackers, and no account code. Inside the app there are no third-party analytics SDKs either — no ad pixels, no session-replay services, nobody else’s JavaScript watching you work.

First-party diagnostics

PES keeps its own lightweight diagnostics: which screens and buttons get used, and any errors your browser hits. This exists to find bugs and fix rough edges — it stays on PES infrastructure, is never sold or shared, and is purged on a rolling schedule.

The AI planner and your data

The planner reads your own workspace to draft suggestions — it proposes, you confirm. Your content is used to generate your plan, not to train models.

Your workspace is yours

Your workspace is scoped to your account and enforced at the database layer, PES doesn’t sell personal information, and a full export is always one click away.
