Logging meals
A truthful food log in the same system as your training and your time — with water, one-tap meals, and a week view that thinks in averages.

The log
Open Nutrition and log meals as the day goes — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. The targets panel shows where you stand as you log, and the Water panel keeps the quick tally. When today is empty, Copy yesterday repeats a day that worked.
02
One-tap meals
Meals you eat on repeat become templates — one tap logs the whole thing. Build them in the Foods tab (see Finding foods) and the log stops being data entry.
03
Macros only, if you prefer
The Macros only toggle hides calorie counts and drops the red ink — you see protein, carbs, and fat against targets without a number staring back. The log should serve you, not audit you.
04
Trends — the week is the unit
The Trends tab shows the last seven days against target, and it grades generously on purpose: a day within range counts, and the weekly average is what moves the needle. One heavy dinner doesn’t break a week; seven of them are worth knowing about.
