Training programs

Pick a program, pick your days, and the week's sessions take their place in your actual schedule.

01

Start a program

Open Workouts and pick a program. Each template shows what it is and how many sessions it runs per week — choose the days those sessions should land on and a start time, then Start program. The week’s sessions appear in Workouts and on your calendar as real blocks.

Starting a program replaces the generic “Workout” blocks from your onboarding schedule — the program is the plan now.

02

Run the week

The This week list shows every day — session or rest. Each session can be checked done, logged with details, or skipped. A skipped session wears its SKIPPED chip; the record shows what happened, not what was supposed to happen.

The Today screen and the This-week card count sessions done and skipped, so training keeps score in the same place as everything else.

03

Change or stop

Change program swaps you to a different template; Stop program ends it. Either way, everything you logged stays in History — programs come and go, the record is permanent.

04

No program required

You don’t need a program to train. Log workout records any session on any day — the program adds structure when you want it, and stays out of the way when you don’t.
