Log a session
From a program session choose Log, or use Log workout for anything off-program. The editor fits the work: runs take distance in miles and average pace (like “10:45”), strength sessions take weights and reps, and every session takes notes and a status — Done or Skipped.

History
History lists every session — date, title, done-or-skipped, distance and pace where they apply, and your notes. Edit or delete entries any time. This is the record your weekly review and Wrapped draw from.

Training in the day
Sessions are blocks in your real day — they show on the calendar, in the execution strip, and in the morning plan. Training isn’t a separate app’s problem; it’s an appointment your schedule already honors.
