01

Build a practice routine

In Lifestyle → Practices, a routine is a named sequence of steps — each with its own length and an optional prompt that shows while it runs. A morning prayer sequence, a stretching flow, a writing warm-up: design it once, deliberately.

02

Run it

Press start and the runner walks you through — one step at a time, its prompt on screen, the timer carrying you to the next. No deciding, no checking a list mid-flow. The thinking happened when you built it; now you just show up.

03

Two kinds of routines

Task routines shape a day — they drop tasks and blocks onto the calendar. Lifestyle routines run a moment — they guide you through a practice in real time. Same philosophy, different altitude.
