In Settings, export your full workspace as JSON — tasks, calendar, workouts, nutrition, finances, notes, all of it. No permission to ask, no support ticket to file. Export before big changes, and keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Import from the native app

Used the earlier PES native Mac app? Its exported data imports directly in Settings, so nothing you logged there is stranded.

The privacy posture

The public withpes.com site runs no analytics, no trackers, and no account code. Inside the app, your workspace is scoped to your account, and PES doesn’t sell personal information.
